What does this program include ???
- Strength training (5 days/week) via the app (track your progress and strength) Miss a workout ? I will see 😉 Workouts done at anytime that works for you🫶
- 1 20 Min Live workout with yours truly per week (Can’t catch me live no worries you can catch the replay)
- Cardio plan
- Mobility/Yoga Sunday’s!
-Fully personalized meal plan based on you and your goals( with changes every 8 weeks when needed)
-Bi-Weekly check ins
-Private Facebook group for accountability and motivation
Option to purchase just workouts but we must talk first !

Most required equipment can be purchased on my website.
** One week before this program starts you will receive an email with all the info you’ll need to get started. Make sure you watch your email as sometimes my stuff will go to your junk.
