What does this program include ?
Personalized meal plan with bi weekly check ins ( Meal plan is based on your 8 week goal) No macro counting just whole foods and portions to fuel your body !
Option to just purchase workouts but we must talk first
Weights 4 days a week via my app (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
Cardio 4 days a week via my app (4 Days a week)
Facebook group to keep you accountable

Form correction when needed at any point.
Equipment needed is hand weights and booty band/long band that can be purchased on my website

Length of workouts is usually 45 mins to an hour depending on your fitness level. This time is not including your cardio.
The week before the program starts will be setting you up on the app and getting you your nutrition plan. (Please check the FB group for details on FB)
