Welcome to the NewYear Beginner Program, your key to a healthier, fitter you in the upcoming year! Our program, starting on January 1st, 2024, is designed to transform your fitness journey by focusing on both exercise and nutrition.
Nutrition Program: Food is Key
In our NewYear Beginner Program, we understand that food is fundamental to your fitness goals. We take the hassle out of nutrition with a holistic approach:
No Macro/Calorie Counting: We've got you covered. We'll handle all the macro and calorie calculations, so you can focus on enjoying your food and your journey.
Whole Foods: Say goodbye to processed foods. We emphasize whole, unprocessed foods that nourish your body and promote overall health.
Recipe Variety: Never get bored with our wide selection of recipes. We keep your meals exciting and delicious.
Easy to Follow: Our nutrition plan is straightforward and easy to follow. No complicated diets or meal plans.
Family-Friendly: Our program is designed with families in mind, so everyone can enjoy wholesome, nutritious meals.
Portion Control: Learn how to portion your food and give your body the fuel it needs for day-to-day activities. We'll teach you the essentials of balanced nutrition.
Time-Efficient: We understand your busy lifestyle. Our nutrition plan won't demand hours of preparation and cooking. We keep it simple and effective.
Strength Training: Our exercise program is designed for 4 days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays). You'll have the flexibility to work out at a time that suits you best.
Live Workouts: Join Amanda for a live workout every week, or catch the replay if you miss it.
Cardio Plan: We've got your cardiovascular workouts covered.
Mobility and Yoga: Every Sunday, we dedicate time to rejuvenate with mobility and yoga sessions.
Bi-Weekly Check-Ins: Regular check-ins to monitor your progress.
Private Facebook Group: Connect with our community for accountability and motivation.
- Length of workouts: 45mins-an hour depending on your fitness level ( Does not include length of cardio)
One week before the program begins, you'll receive an email with all the information you need to start. Be sure to check your email and spam folder regularly.

If you disrespect me or another client you will be removed from the program without question. If you don’t show up and communicate with me you will be removed from the program without question. With no refunds given.
