Get ready to level up your fitness and unlock your strongest self! The Advanced Program is designed to transform both your body and mindset through a balanced focus on exercise and nutrition.

This is a GROUP program — built on connection, motivation, and accountability. You’ll move together, cheer for each other, and push through challenges as a team.
Your personalized meal plan is just the beginning! All communication, support, and daily motivation happen inside the Supermom Fitness private Facebook group.

Expect to be tagged, encouraged, and held accountable if you’re not showing up. We’re here to help you stay consistent and crush your goals — together!

If you prefer one-on-one guidance, our Private Coaching Program may be a better fit. But if you thrive on shared energy, team spirit, and community motivation — the GROUP Advanced Program is where you belong.

This plan is designed to help you tighten your midsection, banish bloat, and reveal lean, defined abs — all through balanced nutrition and consistency.

  • Strength Training: 5 days/week (Monday–Friday). Work out anytime that fits your schedule.

  • Bonus Workouts: Saturday ab session (20 minutes of core-focused fire 🔥).

  • Live Workouts: Join Amanda live each week or catch the replay anytime.

  • Cardio Plan: Structured sessions to keep your heart healthy and endurance high.

  • Mobility & Yoga Sundays: Stretch, recover, and restore.

  • Bi-Weekly Check-Ins: Stay accountable and track progress with Amanda.

  • Private Facebook Group: Motivation, connection, and accountability.

Workout Length: About 45–60 minutes (excluding cardio).
🏡 Equipment Needed: Dumbbells & Resistance Bands (home or gym-friendly).
📸 Check-Ins: You must submit progress photos (in a bathing suit) for accountability and results tracking.
