Strength Training: 4 days per week — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Rest days: Wednesday and Sunday. -
Bonus Core Workout: A 20-minute ab-focused session every Saturday.

Live Weekly Workouts: Join Amanda live or watch the replay anytime.

Cardio Plan: Simple and effective cardio guidance included.

Mobility & Yoga Sundays: A weekly reset for your mind and body.

Bi-Weekly Check-Ins: Track your progress and stay on course.

⏱ Workout Length: 45–60 minutes (not including cardio)
🏋️♀️ Equipment Needed: Dumbbells & Resistance Bands (home or gym-friendly)
📸 Progress Photos: You must send check-in pictures in a bathing suit for tracking and accountability.
