Welcome to New Year, Upgraded You — a 12-week reset designed to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident as you step into the new year.
This is a GROUP coaching program, built around community, consistency, and simplicity. You’ll receive a structured fitness and nutrition plan, plus the power of group accountability and encouragement every step of the way. You will be required to post in food journals in the group.
All communication, support, and motivation happen inside our private Facebook group. This is where wins are celebrated, struggles are supported, and momentum is built together.
