Welcome to the New Year Upgraded YOU Program, your kickstart to a healthier, stronger, and more confident you! This 6-week beginner program focuses on simple, sustainable habits in both fitness and nutrition creating the perfect foundation for long-term success.

This is a GROUP program, designed to provide community support, shared motivation, and collective accountability. Your personalized meal plan is just the starting point. All communication, coaching, updates, and support will take place inside the Facebook group.

If you are looking for one-on-one coaching, our 1-on-1 program may be a better fit. But if you thrive in a team environment where progress is celebrated together, this GROUP program is for you. Join us and experience the power of community!


Nutrition Program: Food is Key

We believe nutrition is the foundation of your progress. In Back to Basics, we simplify healthy eating with an approach that removes guesswork and emphasizes nourishment.

  • Portion Control Guidance: Learn how to fuel your body properly for energy and results.

  • Time-Efficient: Busy schedule? No problem. Our plan keeps things simple and manageable.

Program Components

Strength Training (Beginner Only)

You’ll follow a beginner-friendly training structure designed to build confidence, strength, and consistency.

  • 4 Workout Days:
    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

  • Rest Days:
    Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday

Each workout can be done whenever it best fits your schedule.

Live Workouts

Join Amanda for weekly live workouts—or catch the replay if you can’t make it.

Cardio Plan

On Day 1, you’ll receive your cardio schedule, including length and recommended heart rate zone.

Mobility 

Every Sunday, enjoy dedicated mobility to reset, recover, and prepare for the week ahead.

Bi-Weekly Check-Ins

Stay on track with regular check-ins every two weeks.

Private Facebook Group

Connect with 150 other women for accountability, motivation, and support throughout the 6-week journey.

Workout Details

  • Workout Length: ~45 minutes to 1 hour (not including cardio)

  • Equipment Needed: Dumbbells + Bands (Bands are on my website under shop swag) 

  • Workout Location: All workouts can be done at home or in a gym.

There are no refunds or program transfers under any circumstances.

If you disrespect Amanda or another client, or fail to participate and communicate, you will be removed from the program without question and no refund will be provided.
