Ready to take more steps toward a healthier you? Join our September Step Challenge running from September 1st through September 30th!
Here’s how it works:

Your daily step goal is 10,000 steps – no exceptions!

Starting September 1st, track your steps each day and post a screenshot of your step count in our private Facebook group for support, accountability, and motivation.
(Make sure you have a step-counting device or app – it’s essential!) -
You’ll get daily encouragement to keep you moving and inspired!
🎯 The Goal:
Hit 10,000 steps at least 80% of the days in September (that’s about 24 days).
Do that, and you’ll be entered into a prize draw – the prize will be revealed on Day 1!
