Starting one week after signing up, you'll experience a comprehensive approach to fitness that will leave you feeling confident and strong.
What Does This Gym Program Include?
Workout Plan: Say goodbye to gym anxiety. We've got your back with a workout plan designed to help you make the most of your gym sessions. Whether you're aiming to build strength, improve endurance, or achieve your fitness goals, we've got you covered.
Equipment Orientation: Not sure how to use the gym equipment? Don't worry; we'll provide detailed instructions and guidance on using the machines, free weights, and cardio equipment correctly and safely.
Progressive Workouts: Our 12-week program includes progressive workouts that gradually increase in intensity. You'll start with the basics and advance as your confidence and strength grow.
Coaching: Get support and guidance from me whenever needed. I'm here to answer your questions, provide form correction when needed, and ensure you make the most of your gym time.
Community and Accountability: Join our private Facebook group, where you'll find like-minded individuals who are also on their fitness journey. Share your progress, challenges, and successes, and receive support from our community.
Personalized Meal Plan based on the 12 weeks : We believe that food is the key to a successful fitness journey. Say goodbye to macro/calorie counting because we've got you covered. Enjoy a completely personalized meal plan that nourishes your body with whole foods, designed to give you the fuel you need for daily activities.
Portion Control: Learn how to portion your meals correctly, ensuring your body gets the nutrients it needs without the hassle.
Weekly Live Workouts: Join us for a weekly live workout session (optional) led by yours truly.
Structured Workouts: Our program consists of four gym-based workout sessions per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). These workouts are tailored to help you become familiar with gym equipment while achieving your fitness goals.
Rest Days: Enjoy your well-deserved rest days (Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday).
Cardio and Conditioning: In addition to your gym workouts, we'll incorporate cardio and conditioning exercises to help you improve your overall fitness.
- You will have Bi weekly check ins to ensure everything is going well.

Each gym workout session is designed to be efficient, typically lasting around 45 minutes to an hour.
