Daily lives in the group from me with either recipes or some motivational talk.
1 live workout with me weekly (optional to join)
Workouts focused on getting your body back to full strength via my app 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, wWednesday, Thursday) These are low impact workouts nothing crazy. Your body needs to focus on small strengths before moving into bigger strengths. MY GOAL is after this 12 weeks you can hop into my 8 week 1 year program.
Walking 4 days a week via my app (This can be done outside or on a treadmill)
Stretch and recovery days

Equipment needed is hand weights and booty band/long band that can be purchased on my website.

Length of workouts is Approximately 20 mins depending on your fitness level.
This time is not including your cardio.
The week before the program starts will be setting you up on the app and getting you your nutrition plan.
