**Overview:**
Welcome to *Ride Strong: The 12-Week Riders Bootcamp* – a specialized fitness program designed specifically to help you become a stronger, more resilient rider! This program is part of our larger wellness group, where you’ll connect with other clients working toward their unique fitness goals. Although everyone in the group brings their own fitness focus, *Ride Strong* is all about equipping riders like you with the strength, endurance, and stability needed for a more confident ride.
**A Group-Focused Experience with a Rider-Centric Program**
In this program, you’ll benefit from a shared group experience, where accountability, support, and collective motivation drive you forward. All communication, encouragement, and updates happen within the group, which means you’ll have a network of like-minded individuals cheering you on. If you need a more tailored, individual approach, a 1-on-1 program may be available. But for those who thrive on shared journeys, *Ride Strong* is an ideal way to strengthen your body for riding within a community setting.
**Nutrition Program: Fueling for Performance**
As a rider, physical resilience and mental focus are essential, and nutrition plays a critical role in both. This program offers a nutrition plan that provides the energy, focus, and fuel needed to sustain and improve your riding:
- **No Macro/Calorie Counting:** We handle all the details. Just enjoy balanced, nutritious food.
- **Whole Foods Emphasis:** By focusing on whole, unprocessed foods, your meals will support long-lasting energy and recovery.
- **Variety in Recipes:** A wide range of recipes ensures you never get bored, and each meal is nutritionally balanced.
- **Time-Efficient & Family-Friendly:** Recipes fit into a busy lifestyle and are family-friendly.
- **Portion Control Guidance:** Learn to fuel yourself with the right portions, so you feel energized and light during rides.
**Program Components: Targeted Strength, Core, and Flexibility Work for Riders**
- **Strength Training (4 Days a Week):** Targeted strength training focuses on the core, legs, and upper body, building the endurance, stability, and posture essential for riding.
- *Bonus Ab Workout:* Every Saturday, a 20-minute core workout targets rider-specific core strength.
- **Live Workouts with Amanda:** Join weekly live workouts or watch the replays to stay consistent and motivated.
- **Cardio Plan:** The cardio program is designed to enhance stamina, helping you maintain energy and focus throughout rides.
- **Mobility and Yoga (Sundays):** Mobility and flexibility are essential for riders, so each Sunday is dedicated to yoga and mobility work, improving range of motion and reducing tightness.
- **Bi-Weekly Check-Ins:** Track your progress every two weeks, making sure you’re on track for both your fitness and riding goals.
- **Private Facebook Group:** Although our group includes members from various programs, you’ll connect with others for support and accountability, and can share your *Ride Strong* journey within this supportive space.
- **Equipment Needed:** Only dumbbells and resistance bands are required, and exercises are designed to be done at home or in the gym.

**Refund Policy:**
Please note that there are no refunds or program transfers. Respect and accountability are required in the group, and any disrespectful behavior toward Amanda or others may result in removal from the program without refund.
