  • Beginner Track: 4 Days/Week

Overview:

Welcome to the 12-Week Workout Only Program—a fitness-focused program designed to get you stronger, leaner, and more confident. This program is perfect if you're looking to commit to consistent workouts in a supportive, high-accountability environment.

This is a GROUP program. That means you’ll be surrounded by a community of strong, goal-driven women ready to level up with you. All updates, motivation, check-ins, and group coaching will happen inside the Supermom Fitness paid Facebook group.

Daily engagement is required. If you’re not showing up, you will be tagged. This is how we grow—together.

Prefer private coaching? Our 1-on-1 coaching program may be a better fit.


What to Expect:

  • Strength Training: 5 days a week (Mon–Fri)

  • Beginner Option: 4-day schedule available

  • Live Weekly Workout: Join Amanda live or watch the replay anytime

  • Cardio Plan Included

  • Mobility & Yoga: Sundays are dedicated to recovery

  • Bi-Weekly Check-Ins: Track progress with check-in photos (in a bathing suit)

  • Workout Duration: Approx. 45–60 mins (not including cardio)

  • Equipment Needed: Dumbbells + Resistance Bands only

  • Workout Location: Do it from home or take it to the gym—your choice!


Group Accountability:

You’ll receive motivation, support, and honest feedback from Amanda and your fellow members. Inside the Facebook group, we celebrate wins, lift each other up, and hold each other to our highest standards.

Posting daily is a requirement.
If you’re inactive, you’ll be reminded—and if you ghost the group without communication, you’ll be removed (no refund).


Getting Started:

You’ll receive a full email one week before your program begins with everything you need to succeed. Check your inbox (and spam folder!) so you don’t miss it.
By purchasing, you agree to receive emails from Amanda and Supermom Fitness.


Refund Policy & Expectations:

  • No refunds or transfers—no exceptions.

  • Respect is mandatory. Any disrespect toward Amanda or another client = immediate removal with no refund.

  • Communication is required. No-shows without explanation will be removed from the group.
