This booty-focused program is built around progressive training, holistic nutrition, and a powerhouse community of women all working toward the same goal — building the glutes, legs, and confidence of your dreams.

In The Peach Project, nutrition is the secret weapon. We’re taking the guesswork out of eating for muscle tone, energy, and fat loss — all while enjoying real, satisfying food.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Full 18-Week Meal Plan: Structured and progressive to support your training phase and results.

  • No Counting Calories or Macros: We handle the numbers — you focus on the results.

  • Whole, Delicious Foods: Nourishing, unprocessed meals that help you feel and perform your best.

  • Tasty Variety: Every phase brings new recipes to keep things exciting and flavorful.

  • Family-Friendly: Meals your whole family will love — no cooking twice.

  • Portion Education: Learn what your body needs to fuel performance and recovery.

  • Time-Efficient: Simple, quick recipes for even the busiest schedules.


🍑 Program Components:

🏋️♀️ Strength & Booty Training:

  • Focus: Glutes, hamstrings, and lower body strength — with supporting upper body and core work.

  • Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Monday–Friday)

  • Workout Length: 45–60 minutes (not including cardio)

  • Structure: Progressive overload — building strength, symmetry, and shape week by week.

  • Equipment: Dumbbells & Resistance Bands (home or gym friendly).

🎥 Live Workouts:

  • Join Amanda weekly for a live Burn Session, or catch the replay anytime.

❤️ Cardio Plan:

  • Designed to complement your strength training — not take away from it. Expect short, effective sessions focused on fat-burning and endurance.

🧘 Mobility & Yoga:

  • Every Sunday: Recovery & stretch to keep your body aligned, mobile, and strong.

🔄 Bi-Weekly Check-Ins:

  • Stay accountable with group check-ins every two weeks to track your progress and celebrate wins.
