As the weather drops and the year winds down, it’s tempting to stay inside, skip movement, and wait for January.
But your mental health, resilience, and self-respect deserve better than that.
🔥 The December Challenge:
For every single day in December, you must:
✔ Get outside for a minimum of 20 minutes
✔ Hit at least 8,000 steps
Snow? Cold? Holiday madness? Doesn’t matter.
This challenge is about proving you can show up no matter what’s happening around you.
Discipline over comfort — that’s the whole point.
📸 Proof of Completion:
Each day, you’ll post proof inside the private Facebook group:

A walk selfie

A screenshot of your step count

A photo from your outdoor time
-
Anything that shows you were outside + hit your steps
Consistency is the real flex.
💰 Prize:
At the end of the month, one prize winner will be selected — someone who completed all 31 days.
Prize to be determined
If multiple people finish, every finisher gets entered into a cash prize draw.
So invite your friends, family, coworkers — whoever needs that extra push.
