Looking to kickstart your fitness journey but not ready to commit to a full 12-week program? The 2-Week Challenge is your chance to test the waters and experience what my full 12-week group program is like—while still achieving real results in just 14 days.
This trial program is designed to give you a structured plan for two weeks, helping you build momentum, create healthy habits, and get a taste of the workouts, meal guidance, and community support that make Supermom Fitness so effective.
What You’ll Get:
✅ Simple, Non-Personalized Meal Plan – Take the guesswork out of nutrition! You’ll receive a straightforward, balanced meal plan filled with whole, delicious, and easy-to-prepare foods. This plan is NOT customized but will work around allergies. It’s meant to be followed for two weeks only, as it’s not tailored to your body’s long-term needs.
✅ Effective Workouts for All Levels – Get four dynamic strength training sessions per week that can be done at home or in the gym. These workouts are designed to challenge you at any fitness level, with modifications available to suit your needs. All you need: a pair of dumbbells and resistance bands!
✅ Live Workouts with Amanda – Join a weekly live workout session or catch the replay at your convenience.
✅ Restorative Yoga & Mobility – Sundays are dedicated to yoga and mobility to enhance flexibility, recovery, and overall well-being.
✅ Accountability & Community Support – Join an exclusive private Facebook group with 160+ other like-minded women for daily motivation, progress sharing, and celebrating wins together!
✅ Support & Check-Ins – Stay on track with weekly live sessions, bi-weekly check-ins, and community supportinside the Supermom Fitness App.
Challenge Overview:
📅 Dates: March August 11th-24th, 2025
🏋️ Commitment: 4 workouts per week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) + cardio
⏳ Workout Length: ~45 minutes to 1 hour (excluding cardio)
🏠 Equipment Needed: Dumbbells & resistance bands (Supermom Fitness resistance bands can be found under the Shop Swag section on my website!)
