How to change your habits? Start small and stay consistent !  If you start big you will give up! This is proven so find yourself some small goals and work yourself up to the big one. Unless you are 100% ready to go all in you won’t commit to 10 different things at once so start with one and when you find yourself ready for more slowly add more in.
