How to change your habits?
Start small and stay consistent !
If you start big you will give up! This is proven so find yourself some small goals and work yourself up to the big one. Unless you are 100% ready to go all in you won’t commit to 10 different things at once so start with one and when you find yourself ready for more slowly add more in.
For my programs start with either nutrition or workouts and when you are ready do both. Don’t just go all in build yourself up to it. Nutrition is the hardest part so starting with just the workout program is what I always recommend because once you have that figured you don’t have to worry about nutrition and programming you can just focus 100% on your nutrition.
