Do you struggle with push ups ?
Here’s a couple different ways you can do them.
Advanced doing full push ups
Give drop push ups a go you may surprise yourself. I have all my clients skip knee push ups and go right into drop push ups and they are all capable so I’m sure you are to.
Knee push ups.
Banded push ups!
Bands are a great tool to help give you a little resistance to help get down and back up. Give it a try on your next push up day. If you can normally do 20 push ups you can prob do 40 with a band on.
